We grow: Broccoflower, Broccoli, Cabbage, Chinese Cabbage, Red Cabbage, Savoy Cabbage, Cauliflower, Celery, Fennel, Leeks, Lettuce, Silverbeet, and Spinach.
Grown in a warm and dry environment, our range of sweet melons are juicy and delicious.

Nelson provides the best growing conditions for the range of pumpkins that Ewers grows - the warm dry days yield the best.
We grow: Buttercup, Butternut, and Crown Pumpkins.
Nothing beats the sweet, juicy taste of sweetcorn. Nelson's temperate climate allows us to grow sweetcorn earlier in the season, allowing you to savour the taste a little longer.
The unique climate in Nelson allows us to also grow some specialised summer crops including melons, pumpkins and sweetcorn. Our long hot summer days means we are one of the few South Island regions that is able to grow watermelon, honeydew and rockmelons for consumers all around the country to enjoy. We also have early crops of sweetcorn which extend the seasonal availability of this product for consumers. As summer gives way to autumn, our pumpkin ranges then become ready for harvesting to lead into the cooler weather.
